1. Data we process

• 帳號資料：使用 Apple 或 Google 登入時，由登入服務提供的帳號識別碼，以及你選擇分享的姓名或電子郵件。
• 學習資料：作答紀錄、錯題、筆記、模擬測驗、學習計畫、下載級別與 App 設定。
• 訂閱資料：App Store 與訂閱管理服務提供的購買狀態及交易識別資訊；我們不會取得完整付款卡資料。
• 技術資料：為提供下載、同步與錯誤處理所需的基本裝置、App 版本及服務紀錄。

• Account data: identifiers from Sign in with Apple or Google, plus any name or email you choose to share through the provider.
• Learning data: answers, mistakes, notes, mock exams, study plans, downloaded levels, and app settings.
• Subscription data: purchase status and transaction identifiers supplied by the App Store and subscription management service. We do not receive full payment card details.
• Technical data: basic device, app-version, download, sync, and service records needed to operate and troubleshoot the app.

資料只用於提供登入、保存與同步學習進度、確認訂閱權益、下載你選擇的內容、維持安全性，以及回應支援需求。我們不使用個人資料進行第三方廣告定向。

We use data to provide sign-in, save and sync learning progress, verify subscription access, deliver selected content, maintain security, and respond to support requests. We do not use personal data for third-party ad targeting.

3. 本機與雲端儲存

App 可在未登入時離線使用，學習資料會保存在裝置上。當你登入並啟用同步，資料會傳送至 Firebase 服務，以便在已登入的裝置間合併與還原。下載的題庫與音訊會保存在裝置上，直到你在 App 內移除內容或刪除 App。

The app can be used offline without signing in, with learning data stored on your device. When you sign in and use sync, data is sent to Firebase services so it can be merged and restored across signed-in devices. Downloaded questions and audio remain on the device until you remove the content or delete the app.

• RevenueCat：訂閱狀態與跨裝置權益管理。

• RevenueCat: subscription status and cross-device entitlement management.

這些供應商可能依其基礎設施在其他國家或地區處理資料，並各自適用其隱私權條款。

These providers may process data in other countries or regions according to their infrastructure and their own privacy terms.

5. 保存、刪除與選擇

5. Retention, deletion, and choices

我們會在提供服務所需期間保存帳號及同步資料。你可以在 App 內前往「設定 → 帳號 → 刪除帳號」，要求刪除帳號與相關雲端學習資料。本機資料可透過 App 內重設功能或刪除 App 移除。刪除帳號不會自動取消 Apple 訂閱，請另至系統訂閱設定管理續訂。

We retain account and synced data while needed to provide the service. In the app, go to Settings → Account → Delete Account to request deletion of the account and related cloud learning data. Local data can be removed using the app reset option or by deleting the app. Account deletion does not automatically cancel an Apple subscription; manage renewal separately in system subscription settings.

6. 安全與兒童

我們使用存取控制、傳輸加密及帳號隔離等合理措施保護資料。任何網路服務都無法保證絕對安全。App 的商店年齡分級為 13+，並非專為未滿 13 歲兒童設計。

We use reasonable safeguards such as access controls, encryption in transit, and account isolation. No network service can guarantee absolute security. The app’s store age rating is 13+ and it is not directed to children under 13.

若本政策有重大變更，我們會更新本頁的生效日期，並在適當情況下於 App 內通知。若要提出隱私權或資料刪除要求，請使用 App 內帳號設定，或透過 App Store 所列的開發者聯絡資訊與我們聯繫。請勿傳送密碼或驗證碼。

If this policy changes materially, we will update the effective date and provide an in-app notice when appropriate. To make a privacy or deletion request, use the account settings in the app or the developer contact details listed on the App Store. Never send passwords or verification codes.
